Wanting Zhang received her B.S. degree from the East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai, China, in 2020, where she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering. Since October 2023, she has been a visiting Ph.D. student at Instituto Superior Técnico (IST). Her research project, titled “Modeling and Optimization of Crude Oil Scheduling,” is funded by the China Scholarship Council. Her current research interests include large-scale scheduling and evolutionary computation.
