António Pedro Dias Alves de Campos earned a master’s degree in mechanical engineering, specializing in Control, Automation, Robotics, and Machine Learning from the Instituto Superior Técnico, Lisbon (2016). He later completed his Doctorate at the same institution, focusing on Engineering Design and Advanced Manufacturing as part of the MIT Portugal Program (2022). His research interests lie in the areas of product development, entrepreneurship, technology transfer, and the application of machine learning models across industries. Currently a post-doctoral researcher and Invited Assistant Professor at the Instituto Superior Técnico, Antonio teaches courses on product development and entrepreneurship, while actively engaging in the research of technology development estimation, additive manufacturing technologies, and vision-based machine learning.
